My favorite treatments include the Green Tea Body Wrap, the Fantasy for You Massage, and the Niagara Massage. Anything they don’t have can be found upstairs at the resort’s medical spa, Nelumbo.

My favorites were the capillary massage, a fantastic scalp massage that can be enjoyed at Gold Spa or Nelumbo. Both do it. The Hippocrate Massage is phenomenal, and so is the Honey Ritual.
